Your first 30 days 

## What the first month actually looks like.

No mystery between "book a call" and "business running." This is the real sequence, on the same rules our current agents started with.

Day 1

### The fit call

Twenty relaxed minutes. We check that your towns are open — territories are exclusive, one agent per town — look at how you show up on Google and in AI search today, and make sure Selah fits how you actually work. If it doesn't, we say so.

Week 1

### The build

We design and build your site in your own brand — your story, your photos, your towns — and set up your private lead portal. You review everything before launch. Recent builds have gone from kickoff to a finished site in days.

Week 2

### Launch, with the foundation done

Your site goes live with the visibility groundwork already in place: town pages, clean sitemaps, structured business data, and the AI-summary file that lets assistants like ChatGPT read you correctly. You get a walkthrough of your site and portal — including how the lead rules work.

Weeks 2–3

### Your first leads

A starter batch of five vetted seller leads lands in your portal, and the weekday-morning rhythm begins — pre-foreclosures included from day one. Response clocks don't start until your first login, so nothing burns while you're getting set up.

Week 4

### A rhythm, not a launch

You work the leads; flow scales with your follow-up. Marketing and visibility monitoring keep running in the background. From here it's a steady operating system — ours to maintain, yours to close from.

Every market is a little different, so we only promise what we control: the build takes weeks, not months — and you'll never be left wondering what's happening.
